Does RLCCC offer professional mental health services?
Yes. RLCCC is a full-service, professional counseling center. Our staff is comprised of fully credentialed Christian mental health professionals.
What is Christian counseling?
Christian counseling combines professional counseling skills and Scriptural principles in an approach to finding help and solutions.
Are all your therapists Christian?
Yes, all of our therapists, as well as the support staff, acknowledge personal faith in Jesus Christ.
Do I have to be a Christian to use your services?
No, RLCCC’s services are available to everyone. Although we are a faith-based organization, our approach is to meet people wherever they are in all areas of life.
How do I make an appointment?
Simply call RLCCC at 302-464-0515 and someone will help you. Our therapists answer and return phone calls except when they are in session. A voice mail is available during this time, please leave a message and someone will call you shortly. Email through the web site is also available as a means to set up an appointment.
How long do I have to wait to see someone?
Generally your appointment will be within a week or two of your initial call or sooner. Emergencies will be given priority and generally are seen within 48 hours.
How much does therapy cost and are your services covered by my medical insurance?
Most insurance plans are accepted and many clients only pay their insurance co-pay for a session. We also accept Medicare and Medicaid. Non-insurance rate fees for professional services are consistent with other mental health practices in the Delaware Valley area. We do offer a sliding scale. Specific fee information will be provided when you call for an appointment.
